Welcome to The Kindergaten
The Kindergarten is situated in the leafy suburb of Latchford and is an ideal central location for both the Latchford areas along with the nearby villages of Grappenhall, Stockton Heath, Appleton, Padgate and Woolston. We are close to the M6, M56 motorways and within easy reach of the M62.
The Kindergarten is a 31 place day nursery dedicated to caring for children from 3 to 5 years from 7:30am to 6pm (52 weeks), offering full day care and education. We are registered with OFSTED and claim the Early Years Grant for education on behalf of the children attending the nursery. We also offer extended hours for parents who may require more flexibility. We can, with prior arrangement, care for children from 7am to 7pm. The Kindergarten is a unique facility, The children who attend the Cheshire Day Nursery graduate to the Kindergarten on or around their 3rd birthday.
In the Kindergarten our two highly qualified and experienced Primary School Teachers head a team who are fully commited to providing your child with the ultimate pre-school experience. Our ethos is to provide a rich and varied environment which we know supports children’s learning and development. Our aim is to give children the confidence to explore and learn in secure and safe, yet challenging indoor and outdoor spaces. Our indoor/outdoor play areas for our older children offer inspirational environments where children can develop their own ideas, make decisions, solve problems and also take risks. Children have a natural affinity for the outdoor world.
Under the sky with fresh air filling their lungs and the natural light on their faces, there is a sense of freedom. Our extensive gardens allow children to move around freely, with a sense of space. They can be active, noisy and messy, gaining first hand experiences using all their senses, which builds upon their natural curiosity. Come and see our exceptional facilities.
